1st Goal: 161lbs
2nd Goal: 154lbs
1st UGW: 144lbs

141lbs now want to get back to 120lbs. have been losing and regaining the same 4lbs for over 3 months now. just can't seem to get any lower. SOOOO FRUSTRATED!0

Was 133ish for 10 years. Lost 30 lbs last year but put it all back on. Looking for friends with similar weight of 135ish who are looking to lose 10 lbs like me this time around.0

I'm 5'3 and my starting weight was 281. I now weigh 179. My goal weight is 150. I want to keep my curves and I also have a broader frame and have worked hard for these muscles! haha.0

goal weight to see on the scale is 125.
Moreso to have a body fat less than 22%
So for the time being the scale and I do not communicate because she always gets in my head and throws me off my game! :frown:
If I do everything right: exercise and eat clean (whole, minimally processed foods)--- the weight will come off without obsessing about the number on the scale. :bigsmile:

I'm 5'4. Starting weight was 161, current weight is 135.
Thought my body would have slimmed down a lot by now, but surprisingly it hasn't so I'm hoping another 10lbs will do it!0 -

i havent gotten close to any healthy weight in a number of years so i dont even know whats sustainable!
id like to think somewhere around 150-180! 135 seems unfathomable right now! im just doing 10% of my weight a time and then reassessing, little by little0 -
I am 194 right now, but I feel damn good. My smallest was 170. And I looked wonderful, Im aiming for that again.0

I'm 5'3.5" and currently 165. I think 125 is a reasonable goal weight to achieve for me. Just 40 lbs away!0

My goal is to be 130lbs and try to maintain around it. If I feel good, I'll try to push myself to 125lbs if I don't feel too frail. I have a large frame as well, so I believe that's super healthy. I started at 160+ and I'm currently at 140lbs. 9 pounds away! All from being a Pescetarian and being active (not necessarily working out) for the last three months!0

I'm 145/66kg at the moment I want to get to 128lbs/68kg I'm aiming for the toned body look.0

I went from 69kg/151lbs down to 57kg/125 lbs but I felt I was too thin. I felt and looked good at between 60-62kg (132-135lbs) and reasonably toned. But I have let myself go again and currently at 66kg /145 lbs.0

At my heaviest I was 278 and today I am 172...I have a long way to go still but am finally feeling like I can actually reach my goal weight of 130. I am learning to be patient with plateaus and look at each one as a reminder that I need to stay diligent about logging my food and activity, measuring my food, and continuing to make changes to shake things up.0
