            Push-ups! My core gives out before my chest! They are so hard but I feel like a bad *kitten* when I can do a good set!0

            This is too funny - as I was doing burpees last night and 2,000 lunges (ok MAY be an exaggeration) this A.M. I realized I have a Love/Hate relationship - especially lunges HATE doing them but LOVE the results!0

 Also calf raises, not a problem if you do them regulary but if you havn't done them for a while they are a killer for days after!0
