Everything! :laugh: I do not enjoy exercising, but I LOVE the results - mind and body. So, I've exercised my entire adult life.
But, okay, anything that makes it hard to walk up and down stairs the next day makes me go "omg, is it THAT day again?"0 -
The hack squats were 'invented' by Georg Hackenschmidt, and I love them! I train at home and use them as an alternative to the regular squats since I feel safer doing them, and I dare say that they're equally if not more effective! It's certainly not a dead lift although it targets the dead lift muscles more than do regular squats.0

I love the plate-loaded hack squat - it's my favorite squat overall aside from back squats.0
