how did you lose 44 lbs in 2 months!! thats incredible - like 5 lbs a week!

No, I meant the pictures are 2 months apart! I've only lost 21.5 pounds in the past two months, haha! I wish I could lost weight that easily.

What are you doing for exercise? You look great!

Lost 31 lbs in 2 months.

"Before" was taken in august, 2010
"After", around february 1. 2012 (At that point, 22 lbs lost)

Before: This is beginning of 2010 before really applying any knowledge of diet to what I was doing athletically. Also before I switched from power lifting to triathlons
