I'm sorta in love with my New Balance 1012's. I've had to wear custom orthotics for years and years, until I got these. A great motion control shoe--but probably too heavy and clunky for those that don't require that degree of motion control.0 -

Hi! This is my first go at this but I want to have a go at 360km. I will be doing a mixture of cycling and walking.
Saturday: Treadmill 5km
Sunday: Completed 20km-5km walking, 15km cycling
Monday 4km walking, 15km cycling
Tuesday: 4km walking, 15 km cycling
Wednesday: 4km walking, 10km cycling
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Rest
Saturday 4km walking, 15km cycling
Total completed: 72km Remaining: 288km0 -

Ran 5K this evening in 35 minutes. Considering my hectic week and some weight I've gained lately, it's a decent run. On the shoe conversation, I'm running in NB-1226s - after wearing Nikes like for ever - and after 200 miles I do like them very much. They have a high-ish heel which makes them a little awkward to walk in, but overall they are very good shoes.
Fellow movers, our miles are now over 1,700 for March. Two things worth mentioning: 54/125 participants aren't moving :sad: however the active ones are clocking over 3 miles each daily, the highest we've ever managed :flowerforyou:

3-1: 5 miles leisurely outdoor walk (+racquetball)
3-2: 3.5 Eliptical, + .5 swim (+ racqetball)
3-3: 10.6 Outdoor Bike
3-4 5.25 Ellipitical + 1 swim
3-5 -0
3-6-0
3-7- 0 (+racquetball)
3-8- 3.25 treadmill (2.5 jog) + 1 swim (+weights)
3-9- 5 miles exercise bike (+racquetball). Was sore today :sad:
