    I have had cookies with chickpeas in them.. AMAZING! I've also had brownies made with black beans.. simply ooey gooey good fantastic. If you are looking for recipes with a healthy twist (ie. good things 'hidden' in them) try Deceptively Delicious by Jessica Seinfeld.

    I didnt care for the 'black bean' brownies or the pumpkin mixed with a brownie mix for fudge. But will give these a try as im always looking for more healthy versions of goodies.

    I think black bean brownies are gross but I tried CCKs deep dish cookie pie and that was AWESOME. Didn't tell my kids and they had chick peas in it and they were begging for more. Even after finding out what was inside (and licking their plates clean) they were asking for more.
