    I am joining with 4% being 11.56 lbs total. That seems like an awful lot for one month but I will give it my best. This is my first week on the program so I am excited to see where this leads

    Hi there, when you log onto MFP, on a PC, on your homepage to the left will be message boards tab. Click this and from there go to 'my topics' tab and your recent topics you've replied will be listed or on your profile page at the bottom will show all your responses. Hope this helps.

    Hi, I would like to be part of this challenge and get out of the 170s once and for all. My goal for this week is 1200 calories burned, 280 abs and have 25 grams of fiber in my daily intake.

    This is a unique way to do a challenge and i love it! my goal is 5.5 pounds. I'm in my last 10 pound home-stretch so i don't know if it'll come off that fast but here's to pushing myself as far as i can to get it done! :drinker:
