OK, I will start by saying my last two thursday weigh-ins were gains, but I was confident by month's end I would get close to goal. And a little full disclosure. Had a pretty high calorie day yesterday with a big dinner to finish it off, but still under my total calories for the day by about 200 with my daily workouts. This morning I ran 10.4 miles with my running group and weighed myself before re-hydrating, so prob a pound or two of water loss, but 10 miles would not translate to a 6.2 pound loss in two days, so I don't know what the hell happened between Thursday and today, but I like it. Hoping for another good month in April.

I DID IT!!!!!!!!0 -
Beginning weight 220.........need to lose 8.8 lbs.
week 1 ...... weight 219 ....loss 1 lb :frown: 0.45%
week 2.... weight 216.... loss 3 lbs. 1.37% lost! I'm almost caught up after a rocky start! Yay!!!0 -
All you have to do is calculate by ".04" well, for 4% of your body weight. So since I'm 150 I would do:
150 x .04 = 6! Or whatever number 6% would be .06, 10% would be .1 and so on0 -
Start a new one plz0
