    Been there. I HATED that portion of the test. I hate running in general unless I have a real reason to run (i.e., being chased by a rabid dog, trying to catch my flight, etc.). But that is awesome!! Great to see that you have improved. Keep it up!! Make everyone else jealous with your constant improvement. :-)

    awesome job! and if it makes you feel better, my dad's in the army and he runs the same distance ( i guess) in a little more than 12mins. he keeps bragging about it since obviously he thinks it's a great time. just that for his standards it isnt :D
