So out of Shape

It sounds like a good workout. Do you time yourself to see how long it takes you to complete? It might be a good measure of progress, to see you time improve. I'm sure within a month you could get faster with your jumping jacks, and burpees.
I have to do a warm up circuit when I go to boxercise which contains: 1minute of jumping jacks, 1 minute of push ups, 1 minute of squats, 2 minutes of jump rope, and repeat, for a total of a 10 minute warm up. I only do boxercise once a week, and let me tell you, it is the hardest "warm up" ever!0 -
It looks like a pretty good and intense workout. I would suggest moving the burpees earlier in it so you have the energy to do them with correct form. I'm also not a big fan of crunches as they are hard on the back, at least they can be. I much prefer planks, side planks and stability ball roll outs among others.
Thats a good Idea. I will have to move it towards the top. And I will have to try those others. Thanks for sharinghttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-8jNoh_ojA&feature=g-vrec&context=G2605744RVAAAAAAAAAg

Thank you for putting this up! I have been getting bored with my regular workout, so I decided to do this a few times today, I just got done doing it the first time through, adding a few extra jumping jacks and leg lifts at the start, but the time I got to mountain climbers I was ready to die, thank you for posting this! It is a great circuit trainer!0

Just wondering how long it took you to do this? I'm thinking about giving it a try to see how I feel after wards and I was wondering about how long of a time frame to plan for it?
Sounds creative though!0 -
