Most scales are not accurate. Mine can fluctuate by three pounds, depending how I "lean" on it. When I'm depressed, I lean backwards to get a lighter reading......if I am serious about weighing myself, I step on and off a few times and take the average. Good luck, don't let the scale beat you up. Focus on the good things you are doing for your health.0
