    Thank you for posting this, although I am not as tall as you, your experience very much echoes my own. So I find this very encouraging. I'm going on 6 months now, and learning to control my portion sizes was by far the most important lesson for me as well. I still love those cheeseburgers, but no more sodas, and no more half-pounders.

    Keep up the good work, I look forward to hearing how your plan to build muscle works out too!

    Great achievement and love the addition of the data (as a data junkie myself). No plateau for you, just constant loss. I'm curious as to your technique. 7 days a week in calorie defecit or do you have a day back in maintenance level or above?

    Well done! Very good post. You are so right about the portion control and eating what you want but not pigging out! I don't think I noticed a plateau either, do you have any theories as to why?

    I'm just starting and have lost 5 pounds my first week (shows how much I gorged myself before since i lost some pounds so fast). Hope I have the staying power like you have. Great job!
