Put the phone down. Delete the pizza delivery place from your phone speed dial.

Take a whole wheat tortilla shell, a spoon on pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni, low fat cheese, bake in oven till done.
Enjoy!!

Order it. But order a small one. You get the taste, you get a little bit of naughtiness, and you WILL be full after a small pizza. It won't be the same gut busting fullness that you get from ploughing through a 12 slice behemoth, and you'll be grateful for that.

I'm rubbish when it comes to willpower, and if pizza's involved, I'll cave every time. But you can make better choices even when caving in.
