I love almond milk in shakes. I even like that plain. Soy and coconut I don't like on their own, but don't mind them when they are mixed in something else.

Rice milk from costco in the blue boxes. My family will even eat it with cereal.

I can't have cow's milk while nursing any of my children, and the youngest isn't quite 4 months so I am back on the no dairy bandwagon. I found Almond milk via the Silk Dark Chocolate and got my oldest daughter the vanilla-which she loves. Its at least as thick as cow's milk and the taste is wonderful. I can cook with the non flavored/non sweetened.

I would seriously caution against the soy milk. All soy products in this country have come from genetically modified soy for many years. Soy was the first US agricultural product to be tampered with, back in the 1930s. Soy naturally has phytoestrogen particles, which are smaller than actual estrogen molecules but more copiously condensed in soy products. Its not something folks need, our hormonal systems are so complex that we don't need to tamper with them. Males of course need estrogen like another hole in the head, so we don't include it in our family at all.

I bought vanilla almond milk last night. I couldn't taste a difference at all, and I am super excited it's only 35 calories! Thank you everyone!
