I like doing banana ice cream (take a frozen banana and run it through a food processor, if you use the blender may need to add a little extra liquid to help blend it smooth). It comes out nice and creamy. Sometimes I'll add pb and maybe cocoa. If I don't want much of the banana flavor, can add more pb and cocoa... practically disapears.0

A banana with peanut butter, red grapes, or a Vitatop Deep Chocolate..yummmmyy...they have a lot of protein an fiber and 100 calories.
Vitatops are delish! I have some dark chocolate covered acai pieces a few times a week...mmmmm...0 -
Walden Farms makes a ton of calorie free products including chocolate sauce and caramel sauce that you can dip fruit in. They also make a ton of other products. We have them here at my local Shaws Grocery store but here is the website.
