If you're getting all the water, look at your protein and fiber intake. Both of those keep me full and seem to digest well for me.
The fiber takes up a lot of space in your belly, so it makes you feel full. The protein takes longer to break down, so it keeps you feeling full for longer.
For breakfast, I tend to mix some fruit, oatmeal and greek yogurt. Lunch is typically leftover dinner from the night before, but I prefer to have a little meat and a pile of veggies... in whatever combination. Snacks for me are typically sunflower seeds and craisins just because they store well in my desk drawer. I know sunflower seeds are high calorie with a lot of fat, but they also have nutrients like vitamins that make me feel better about it. It's not empty calories.
Whole grains are great for fiber and they take longer to break down than refined grains.0
