Does it look as bad as it feels?

I went to a concert last night and seriously fudged up. Well not with fudge... You know what I'm saying. Look at my diary and tell me if it's as bad as it feels? I don't feel hungover, just yucky about the choices I made last night. Mostly the drink mixers, I normally choose diet over sugary juices... Not to mention all the snacking and pizza N wings..

Normally I would brush it off and say I'll do better next week, but next week we are going to Vegas for a week, and I KNOW that will be much worse... Especially with the beer fest there... UGHHH thanks for listening to my vent :)

Tips?

I'm "planning" on eating healthy breakfasts/lunches there and still being cautious of dinners but still not restricting myself too much, and using diet mixers for drinks....

work out a little harder and eat a little smarter. Then next week don't stress. You're human. Enjoy. :)

One day, 750 calories over is nothing. Forget about it and move on.

It is if it's going to happen all next week.. I'm obsessing over something I have the power to control when the time comes. It just sucks that I lost control last night, and worried about all next week.

Enjoy your vacation & get back at it when you return. In Vegas you'll be bruning extra cals pulling the arms on those slot machines anyway. You can always settle back into your routine upon your return. I did a 16 day trip over the Christmas holidays & basically consumed whatever looked interesting. When I got back the scale had me up 6 or 7 lbs but that was mostly water weight due to all the sodium in the restaurant foods I was inhaling. I got back into my normal groove and the weight was gone in a week or two.
