    I get that folks dont want gnarly hands so wear dainty gloves when lifting... what i dont get is why some people wear them when doing cardio! :)

    ... they must have read the same copy of Men's Health that recommended wearing a 8inch wide powerlifting belt when doing seated bicep curls :)

    Deadlifting gave me my callouses, i love em.. nature's armor plating.

    Because wearing gloves during cardio burns more calories...just like racing stickers increase a Honda Accord's HP by 3.

    I heard you get pretty good calluses making sammiches and holding laundry baskets.

    ^^^^ This and ironing. Don't forget ironing.


    when you do the dishes they will get soft so they will be easier to scrape off.
