My hubby. Finally after several years of watching me run marathons I got his butt off the couch to run one.

Maybe there is hope for me. I'd love for mine to run with me.

Oh this has made my day - doggy porn first thing in the morning! LOVE IT!

I cant run with my girl - she's 8 now and has arthritis and just a bit too unfit. She comes walking with me though 5kms and she's asleep for the rest of the day! She's lost a few kgs too - so mfp has been good for both of us!!

This is Penni a few years back when she used to run 8kms with me 2-3 times a week.

I run a 5K with a friend on Saturday mornings. She is 5'11 and yes leaves me in the dust, but she always runs back to meet me when she is done and race me to the last point. Everytime I see her coming back at me I curse her but at the end we relish in the pain and excitement of it being over with, LOL. Love her for that too. I'm only 5'2 and half BTW. Ans your dog is BEAUTIFUL!!:flowerforyou:

Lucille is my running buddy. I think she's trying to persuade me to give her a bone in this picture.

I used to run with my dog. She loved it, I loved it except when she wanted to stop and sniff every bush or tree we passed. She's been gone for a few years and I haven't run for years. But I am starting the c25k and I'm going to run a 5k this June with my daughter. Hopefully she won't want to sniff the greenery.

I run watching Netflix. Just finished Workaholics, now on The League. I love to laugh while I run!
