So true! And I know at work sometimes I will be offered food and I will politely decline because I am mentally calculating and realizing it is too many calories for too little enjoyment. I don't spend my money on something that's not worth it; I don't "spend" my calories on things that are not worth it either. Well, not too often, lol.

One thing I have started doing since I joinged MFP is asking myself if I really want to "spend" my calories on something that tempts me. It has helped me say no a lot and quite often I will have enough calories at the end of the day to really enjoy something yummy! OT I have learned that if I don't like it, I am not wasting my calories on it!0
