Help with extra calories earned from exercise.

I exercise 3 times a week; tue, wedn and sun. mon,thurs, fri and sat I do general exercise but no special trips to the gym or classes. But on the days I do the classes and the gym I tend to gain a lot of calories. Tue is alwaysa round 500 extra, wedn roughly 350 and then on a sunday I do 3hours of exercising so I am sometimes nearing an extra 1000 calories; I can barely get through the 1380 allocated calories as it is and even when I've done my exercises and feel a tad hungry I could go through even the lowest extra calories of 350; unless I eat a massive bar of chocci, which I wouldnt do obviously!

And also if I somehow manage to get my body to accomodate the extra calories would my body still feel like them on the day s I don't do as much and then I would be gaining weight?!?
