    Garage gym 1: Nautilus squat rack/weight bench, barbell weights to 3o5 lbs, dumbells 5lbs to 55lbs, bowflex (all used for under $250)

    Garage gym 2 (neighbor): 15 by 15 wrestling mat, padded wall, 100lbs heavy bag muay thai, speed bag, striking bag, and a whole lot of fight equipment.

    I went to Curves for 5 years and I think it was like $350 a year and it worked well for the 1st few years then I just started gaining and bulking up.
