    **Update**

    After kinda taking the last month or so off and just kinda hovering at 212-215, I have started back on my diet and weight shredding ways lol. I am now down to 206.6 and am perhaps a few weeks away from my weight starting with a 1 for the first time in nearly 10 years. I will stay in touch through this thread and let ya know. I also had my wellness review today at work and found that my body fat % is 19.6 which falls under the "healthy" category. woohoo! Thanks for your kind words everyone.

    I'll keep ya posted.
