    Ok, never mind. I answered my own question - they tell you at the top of the page for week 3!

    40 110lb fly machine
    65lb bench press 40 x

    40 15sec floor leglifts w 10lb ball
    40 20lb curls
    40 leglifts on bench w 10lb ball
    10min ellicpticil set at resistance at10 moved to13 with 30 sec left burned 129 calories started last week at burning only 101 wonder if possible to burn 200 in 10 min

    hello peeps
    just had to say i did 100 pushups for lunch because my car is in shop and all my (i need to eat early -even if i just had breakfast at 9 am coworkers ) left to lunch . but i will still do my workout tonight and post then . just had to vent again now on to find some food

    I took last week off. Why? Just one of those messed up weeks.
    Today I did week 6, day 1, level 1. Wasn't I going to test a week ago. Oh well it's ok. I'm good with doing this week again since I had a week off.
    I'm going to be out of town without computer access so I won't be posting anymore until late next week.
    Keep up the push ups! Strong, sexy arms are on the way!

    did not get to work out last night got home late . so this morning did quick 100 pushups 20 hanging knee lifts :)

    Hello all:smile: I haven't forgotten about you all, I have been doing some new stuff in the gym with my dumbells and my arms won't even let me think about pushups. Hopefully I can test for week 3 by Friday and start again on Sunday.:flowerforyou:

    I'll keep trying day 1 until I can pass it! It's exciting to see myself getting stronger even though it is taking a little longer!

    I have been sick for the last two months. I am finally starting to feel better. I've lost a lot of ground but I'll get back to week 6 again!
    Week 1 level 2 Day 1 Plank style, to the floor.
    It's good to be back! I hope I'm done being sick!

    I am still here, MM - good to see you're feeling better! I took off last week also because I was on a business trip and my schedule was crazy. But I am back now for week 2. It is still really hard doing them all the way to the floor!

    I definitely paused more than 60 seconds between sets - my heart was pounding. I even paused DURING sets. But I will get there!

    Holy pushups, Batman! I can't believe this is so hard and I'm only on week 2!

    (at least 17) - I managed 16 and couldn't push all the way up on the last one :frown:

    I definitely am resting more than the minimum in between sets, and I have to pause during sets as well. It's amazing - my ABS were sore yesterday, and I hadn't done any ab work. Only pushups! I feel it in my chest, my arms, my abs, and even my legs start shaking at the end of my sets. Definitely a full body workout here.

    Where did everybody else go? Are they all intimidated by eriny's impressive strength routine? :wink: Let's get some more people posting!

    20 (min 20) - I managed EXACTLY 20, and I had to rest a couple times (in an 'authorized rest position', i.e. sticking my butt up in the air but still supporting my weight on straight arms and legs)

    I will probably be repeating week 2 next week because I didn't finish strongly, although I might test over the weekend just to see how many I can do. Or maybe I'll move on to week 3 on an easier level, and then just keep repeating it until I get back to level 3.

    CP, I'm still here! I did week 1 level 2 day 3. Oi. That hurt. I am definitely feeling it in different places this time.
    I don't think I will test this weekend. I will try to move to week 2 level one or week 1 level 3 on Monday.
    I guess we are all alone Cp. :sad:

    Ok, now I've had 2 weeks off. I am starting back this Tuesday. If I don't post please come and drag me out.
    I'm on week 6 and level 1. I'm going to try and start there. Hopefully my time off won't have done to much damage.

    I did it! No I did not complete the 100 but I did my week 6, day 1, level 1.

    at least 40. And that's what I did but I had to take a 20sec break at 26 then finished. I'm ok with that since I have not done them at all in at least 2 weeks.
    I had good intentions of doing them on vacation. But did not.

    Good to see everyone again! I don't know why I didn't do the push ups on Monday. I just didn't. I meant to do week 2 level 1 day 2 today, but I started out doing level 2. So I finished today on level two but I was compromising. So I think I will go back to level 1 on Friday. It looks a lot easier. :happy:

    OK, I am back at it after the holiday! I am repeating week 2 on level 3 until I can get 25 on my test (I managed 20 yesterday).
