just had to say i did 100 pushups for lunch because my car is in shop and all my (i need to eat early -even if i just had breakfast at 9 am coworkers ) left to lunch . but i will still do my workout tonight and post then . just had to vent again now on to find some food0 -
I took last week off. Why? Just one of those messed up weeks.
Today I did week 6, day 1, level 1. Wasn't I going to test a week ago. Oh well it's ok. I'm good with doing this week again since I had a week off.
I'm going to be out of town without computer access so I won't be posting anymore until late next week.

Hello all I haven't forgotten about you all, I have been doing some new stuff in the gym with my dumbells and my arms won't even let me think about pushups. Hopefully I can test for week 3 by Friday and start again on Sunday.:flowerforyou:0

I have been sick for the last two months. I am finally starting to feel better. I've lost a lot of ground but I'll get back to week 6 again!

I am still here, MM - good to see you're feeling better! I took off last week also because I was on a business trip and my schedule was crazy. But I am back now for week 2. It is still really hard doing them all the way to the floor!

(at least 17) - I managed 16 and couldn't push all the way up on the last one :frown:
I definitely am resting more than the minimum in between sets, and I have to pause during sets as well. It's amazing - my ABS were sore yesterday, and I hadn't done any ab work. Only pushups! I feel it in my chest, my arms, my abs, and even my legs start shaking at the end of my sets. Definitely a full body workout here.
Where did everybody else go? Are they all intimidated by eriny's impressive strength routine? Let's get some more people posting!0 -

20 (min 20) - I managed EXACTLY 20, and I had to rest a couple times (in an 'authorized rest position', i.e. sticking my butt up in the air but still supporting my weight on straight arms and legs)
I will probably be repeating week 2 next week because I didn't finish strongly, although I might test over the weekend just to see how many I can do. Or maybe I'll move on to week 3 on an easier level, and then just keep repeating it until I get back to level 3.0 -
CP, I'm still here! I did week 1 level 2 day 3. Oi. That hurt. I am definitely feeling it in different places this time.
I don't think I will test this weekend. I will try to move to week 2 level one or week 1 level 3 on Monday.
I guess we are all alone Cp. :sad:

Ok, now I've had 2 weeks off. I am starting back this Tuesday. If I don't post please come and drag me out.
I'm on week 6 and level 1. I'm going to try and start there. Hopefully my time off won't have done to much damage.0 -

at least 40. And that's what I did but I had to take a 20sec break at 26 then finished. I'm ok with that since I have not done them at all in at least 2 weeks.
I had good intentions of doing them on vacation. But did not.

Good to see everyone again! I don't know why I didn't do the push ups on Monday. I just didn't. I meant to do week 2 level 1 day 2 today, but I started out doing level 2. So I finished today on level two but I was compromising. So I think I will go back to level 1 on Friday. It looks a lot easier. :happy:
