    Cause I took like 4 dumps yesterday. But I didn't weigh to see how much weight I lost.
    You should have weighed yourself. I *always* weigh pre and post-poo, because I have a morbid curiosity with seeing how much it weighed.

    Lots of protein + lots of fiber + lots of water = impressive poo

    I don't do the message board much but when I saw a friend of mind post to this I had to check it out. Best title ever. And seriously, anyone that gets offended or angry about this topic probably needs to poop more, because they are clearly tight in the booty.

    Actually, I too much fat can make your poop fluffy. Not sure about water.

    I DID see this about fluffy poop and water...
