    You look great! Very sexy. You def should consider this a victory! I consider every meal I don't over eat, every pound I lose, every time I don't skip my workout ALL victories :) Be proud girl!!!

    I know the feeling of over eating, my portions used to be crazy, i'd fill the plate and feel bad if I didn't eat it all~ Now I just put an amount a normal person would feel full with on it : D and i've learned I do love some veggies and fruit!
