Yes, I've paid my entry fee though I've yet to decide which race to do, and whether to walk or try and run it. I'd like to think i'm fitter than last year and I did the 10k in about 1hr 35 mins, so I guess that's the time I'll aim to beat!0

yes doing the 5k in falkirk on the 20th may, first ever race for life and it was my new years resolution to do a 10k... will start with the 5k.
personal best for me last night 5k on the treadmill in under 32mins. still to try it on dry land.

I'm doing the falkirk race for life too. I also do the Strathcarron 10k - thats in October - you might be interested in that one. I heard there was a 10k in September in Stirling - thats a flatter course if your interested?0
