Hey, everybody! I'm only halfway through the 30 Day Shred, but I'm seeing quite a difference already!

    Hey just wanted to say congratulations. It is never easy to deal with losing a lot of weight, but it does our hearts good to see other peoples success. I need to lose 40lbs to be in my goal weight. It is harder after fifty. Stay trim for your lifetime. You'll always be thankful you did.

    You look awesome...great job on your overall weightloss! I just finished L1,D3; however, I am also doing Turbo Jam and pilates as well. Did you do any additional form of workout while doing the 30 DS?

    u look hot! great job! I have that dvd i did it for 2 days and almost died! I am back at the gym so once i boost my stamina up i will def be doin that dvd again
