Cauliflower doesn't "steam" well because it tends to overcook and get soggy. It also loses much of its flavor
along with many of its nutrients, including minerals, water soluble vitamins (such as C and B-complex vitamins) and health promoting phytonutrients. Chop it up (quarter the florets) and eat it raw if you don't have time to saute it in some chicken
broth for 5 minutes. Al dente cooking is the best alternative for cauliflower.
Just so you know, you don't "sauté" in broth. It takes fat to sauté. What you're doing is braising. That's cooking food in some but not necessarily a lot of liquid. Usually that liquid is then served with the food. It's basically part boiling, part steaming.

Why not roast those little vegetable-y nuggets of goodness? Put them in a roasting pan, sprinkle with a little olive oil and seasoning (Mrs Dash sounds oh so yummy) and roast them. Fabulous.0 -
Get a cuppasoup/Quicksoup, leek and potato or broccoli and cauliflour flavour, or any you like, mix it thickly and pour over. It's low cal and tastes AMAZING with the veg
