Me and my dog have this thing. I will look and him and go..You wanna fight? And I will start running towards him with my fists up and he will get on his hind legs and either tap his paws on my fists or bite my fists. It looks like we are boxing. It puts a smile on my face everytime.

My dog and I have a game we play when I try to make my bed. He learned it from the cat. She used to get under the sheets and run around crazy while I was trying to put them on the bed, but he's a lot bigger so it's pretty hilarious. The second I flip the sheets or blanket up to spread them out nicely, he jumps on the bed and rolls around growling. I just pile the blankets on top of him and tuck in the corners. Eventually, he'll stick his head out with his silly puppy grin. He crawls out after he's had his fun. If I'm lucky, I can finish the bed after he's played-out, but usually, this just starts the game again and my bed stays messy.

My cat has to be in on everything! She's recently developed a game for in the bathroom. She jumps into the bathtub, and we play peek-a-boo around the doors. She'll get up really close and bat my nose when I peek around.

That is TOO adorable. I am sorry for your loss :( My daddy had a ferret that I gave him (couldn't care for it at the time), he adopted it and loved her like she was his daughter. It broke my heart and his when she died because I knew how much he loved her.

RIP Princess Eva and your ferrets :<

when its time for dinner, me and the dog do the "dinner dance".. i start dancing and she does this prancing thing where she gets on her toes and kind of marches around me while i dance.. all the while i'm singing "dinner dance, oh dinner dance" she loves it.. especially because she knows shes getting dinner soon.

my husband and i spend an hour each afternoon relaxing and watching judge judy, so the dog will go get a toy and bring it to us to play, we'll try and get it from her and right at the last second she snatches it away and chews on it.. this goes on for most of the hour...

shes such a good dog.. shes' a huge 80lb black lab and is 12 years old and still acts like a puppy... adorable :)

oh and clyde the cat will come into the bathroom when we get out of the shower and insists on being wet down all over his head and back.. weird cat lol

    Where to start...

    - We use a spray bottle with lemon juice to disipline our pup whenever he's biting and what not. But be ware, if that bottle's left where he can see it, he pounces and barks at and "fights" it.

    - He loves to make out with you - gross, I know. But if you're talking and he sees your mouth open, he sure as heck is sticking his tongue in there, and holding your face down with his paws.

    - Also, he does the bed thing if you're making it . Something a previous poster mentioned.

    - If you grab his front paws and hold them like you're dancing with a child, he'll look you deep in the eyes the whole darn time.

ETA: We've got a (almost) 4 month old 40 lbs Rottweiler.

If I run around the house, my cat will chase me around until she catches up. Then I'll peek around corners and she'll run over to find me. She'll also pop open my bedroom door and wait outside it until I come out to play with her. She's really cute...

My cat loves it when I get down on his level, he will run up to me and just lick my forehead. Now, whenever I am doing push ups or downward dog he will get up underneath me and just rub against my arms - he is really a good motivator so I don't collapse during those exercises.

My little Lou makes me laugh every day!! He's recently started to attack my big exercise ball. He runs it into a corner and gets up on his back legs and start "punching" it with his front paws. It reminds me of a boxer working out with a speed bag. He also loves it when I blow bubbles. He'll jump in the air and pop them with his little mouth. Sometimes he gets as high as my chest when he jumps!

My cat does the forehead licking too, and I love it, because he's just so gentle when he does it. He also has to sleep right on top of both my fiancé and I.

i have a standard sze rabbit that has to find you if you go out into the kitchen and if we go the loo he will follow you into the hall and try to creep round to find you in the loo. he also tries to go ninja and when you spot him, he acts as if he meant you to see him and that is all quite normal :)

he also endlessly tries to go out in the hall, he knows he shouldnt and when you spot him in the attempt. he scarpers back into the living room.

he also has a very cute what we now call PEBC post exercise bunny cuddle. I get a daily 20-45 min cuddle from the bunny across my lap where he pretty much falls asleep on me, if i stop stroking him he looks at me and i have to start stroking again. but wont do this any time of the day I HAVE to exercise first. then he cant wait hops up and down off the couch, can barely get dressed into non exercise clothes, and sat down before he is in my lap snuggling down for his PEBC :P

Love him. im allergic to cats and dogs, as bunny is the closest thing to a dog/puppy ill ever get and he does his best to act like a dog, succeeds too :D

he follows my husband everywhere :D

My fiance hates cats, yet loves Snowbelle (my cat). Lol, when he was my boyfriend he would pretend not to pay attention to Snowy just so I wouldn't prove him wrong, but one time he fell asleep on my bed and Snowy was curled up next to his head. I took a picture on my phone and I was like, "say it!" And Austin goes "ok, ok, ok, I don't like cats, but I love Snowy" LOL
  • My dog Lola (a chihuahua/rat terrier mix) will cuddle with our cat Gary, and she will lick his ears and he will purr, it's kinda gross but soooooo cute!

Also, if you blow air out of your mouth (making farting sounds) Lola will frantically try to get to your lips and lick like crazy. She gets SO excited, it's funny!

My 1 year old Chihuahua/Welsh Corgi likes to play "Duck, Duck, Goose". Like the original game, I tap back and forth between our heads for the "Ducks", and she gets super excited, and then I tap her head and deeply yell "Goose" she freaks out and play-bites at my hand.
My 7 year old Chihuahua (who is the Queen B) doesn't like stories. We say to her "Elsie, do you want to hear a story?" and she starts to growl. Then you say "Once upon a time" and she growls louder "There was a little dog named Elsie" and she growls and shows her teeth. "And she got tickled all the time" and then you tickle her belly and she growls and play-bites at your hand.

My mom has two Dachshunds who are brother and sister, Fritz and Daisy. Anyway, they never had to worry about cleaning their ears because they would clean (lick) each other's ears. The vet said they had the cleanest ears out of any Dachshund he's seen - now that's gross/cute lol :blushing:

My yorkie is the only dog I have right now, but a couple months ago I also had a large hound dog, which I assume is how this started. She will not eat in the kitchen at her bowl. She grabs a mouthful, runs off somewhere else in the house, drops it on the floor and eats it one piece at a time... rinse repeat. So it's always strange to hear random crunching from under the coffee table.

Also, whether I have been gone all day, or 30 seconds to walk out to the car she jumps and barks and runs around in circles like she hasn't seen me in years.

@courtney - My yorkie will lick my ears also. LOL I don't know what it is, but laying in bed she attacks my ears. I used to know a Maltese who would do the same thing.

Every morning I play "Martin Matters Time" in bed with my 4 year old, 30 lb cockapoo. I sing the song "IT'S MARTIN....MATTERS TIME!! ITS MARTIN MATTERS TIME! NOT MAGGIE (my other dog (she gets her own song later)) MATTERS TIME, BUT MARTIN MATTERS TIME". This little ditty is sung to the tune of "Howdy Doody Time". He rolls around on the bed on his back and stretches out and sneezes a lot and wags his tail. He and his "sister" Maggie constantly try to out do each other for the attention at our house.

Maggie is a 40 lb Whoodle (Wheaton Terrier/Poodle mix). She just turned one, is fixed but continues to "hump" my 8 year old step son. He doesn't get it though and we diffuse the situation by telling her to "stop dancing with your brother!". He honestly thinks she's jumping up, holding on to his sides and trying to dance with him. It happens nightly.

Maggie believe in her heart of hearts that she is a lap dog and when the mood strikes her, which is almost every moment of the day, she jumps up and makes herself comfortable on your lap, just like a child. Martin is the brains of the operation and consistently reminds me to feed them or give them rawhides by scratching at the door which houses the rawhides and large dog food container on floor. He starts scratching at that container even before the food runs out of the bowl...in fear that there just isn't enough for him in it.

    I love those two dogs...

Our cat is a huge cuddle bug, especially when your watching tv in bed or you first wake up in the morning. Like most cats she go after and seek your hands out for pets and what not.
But if you pretend to be asleep she will get on your chest and flatten out as much as possible so that she is nose to nose with you and sigh, and sigh, and sigh. If you open your eyes she will make a super cute crip noise, perk up and stare at you but if you close your eyes she will quickly flatten out and start sighing. Its so darn cute I've have to try and hold it together not to laugh.
She's even gotten into the habit of after sighing a few times without response from me she'll put her cheek on my cheek and sigh louder.

I have also managed to train my cats to play red light, green light (think of the PE game from grade school), they're better at it then my three year old nephew
