    Wow, you look amazing!! Well done.

    It's so nice to see the difference from larger ladies when they've lost so much weight and you can see such a difference.

    I hate it when you get skinny Minnie's who post pictures saying 'look how much weight I've lost' and it's probably only about half a pound!!!!!!
