    Hi, I'm from Wales too, so that makes three now :smile: I've been using mfp for about 2 months, it is useful to keep a diary of what you eat, especially when it's all worked out for you on here :happy: saves so much time, I've also been doing Zumba for the last 7 weeks too and it's great fun and shakes everything about, it also burns lots of calories :happy:
