  • I agree, I'm also 139 but I'm thinking she looks way better than I do! lol I have kids too.

    Appreciate what you have now, I always regret not doing that when I end up gaining weight from not working out.

    Awe thanks for the compliment! I would KILL to be 139! I've been stuck in the 150s for a while, can't wait to get down to the 140s!

    Confuse your diet, eat more a day and less a day up and down by say about 500 calories and you will confuse your body and then it will start burning calories again.

    You look sooooooo Great!!! I am 5' 5" also and I hope I look as good as you do in the 150's. I am currently 178 so I have a way's to go but my goal is 140 too. I started out being 236 before Mfp, found mfp at 225. You just look amazing!! Thanks for inspiring me to push on tonight!!! Have a super weekend!!!!!!
