I was hoping that a lot of ladies with similar stats would check this out! I wish I had more time to be on here yesterday to respond to all of you! But thank you so much for your kind words, this website was a GODSEND to me, and all of you lovely people with it! I noticed a lot of you added me, I'm heading to the gym, so I will check out the messages and friend requests when I get back! I'm so flattered that you guys think I look like I lost more! That's so nice to hear :] hope I gave someone just the push they needed!0

I noticed a lot of you asked about my workouts. I'll give you my week at a glance. Everything I do besides a few workouts per week are 45 min. classes, because I HATE just sitting on machines doing repetitive things. I've tried it before, and failed miserably lol.
Sunday: 2 hour walk with my best friend up and down a huge hill on my road
Monday: T3 (weight training class), and boot camp (circuit training)
Tuesday: Yoga, Zumba, & Nia (low impact dance aerobics)
Wednesday: T3, pilates, and Zumba
Thursday: Yoga, and step class, weight lifting at home
Friday: Step class
Saturday: Abs & weights (strength training focusing on core), and yoga
If you want more information, add me! I'm pretty active! I will add all of you that do when I get home from the gym!0 -

wow you look fantastic and very very happy! well done! How did you do it.. any pointers.. I am starting over.. am much older than you and as one follower said... I also tossed a couple kids out of me and have never been the same... busy life has led to me neglecting me... I need to change that if I want to be around for grandkids some day... ( hoping that is still way way off but still have to think about it!)0
