    Great accomplishment!! I too have had some major health concerns that prohibit me from doing as much as i would like to do but it's amazing what faith and determination can do! Great job you have a lot to be proud of and are an inspiration!!

    That is fantastic!! I can't wait to run 2 miles again. I did it after 10 months of slowly building up 2 years ago, and when I finally did it, my kids and I threw a party. LOL I can't wait to get back to that point. Go you!!!

    That is a GREAT NSV. I can't wait until I can say that! I am currently doing C25K and I am on week 2 and 90 seconds is a challenge for me! lol
