Dinner - marinated meat with stir fry veggies - you could prepare the veggies on the weekend and use them throughout the week. Salad topped with steak or chicken strips. We bake salmon and have it with brown rice and veggies.
If you crave sweets hershey kisses and alot yourself a certain amount.

I do most of my cooking on Sunday for the week so it's just heating a few things up during the week.
My must haves: mixed greens salad, strawberries, fresh pineapple not canned, cocktail shrimp, pecans, craisins and rasberry walnut vinaigrette dressing . It's my favorite thing to eat a couple times a week.
I also like buying whole turkey breasts and baking them in the oven with Greek seasoning, very yummy.
Hooked on Cuties right now. You can get them at Walmart or Sams, I think they're better than the sunkist ones.
Salmon is kept in our freezer too, can't get enough.!0 -

Since you like snacks, as do I , there is a brand of freeze dried fruit snacks called Funky Monkey. They come in all kinds of flavors and they have a crunch to satisfy your need to crunch. They are also made from 100% fruit. They can be found at Whole Foods and Target and I do believe online, possibly on Amazon.com. They have Applemon, Bananamon, MangoOJ, Pink Pineapple, Purple Funk, JiveaLime, etc. I enjoy these because they are all natural, sweet, without added sugar, gives me 3 servings of fruit in each 1 oz. pack, about 90 - 110 calories and most of all for me they are CRUUUNCHY!!!!:explode: :laugh:0

Marzetti's greek yogurt dip, cucumber dill flavor. It is half the calories of their regular ranch dip but way tastier. 2 tbls =60 cals. I like to eat mine on raw carrot chips.0

I'm from Brisbane and being so hot here I can't live without Bulla Splits or Peters Frosty Fruits both are only about 90 cal. But I agree on the whole snack thing here in Australia - I don't even know what half the stuff is that the folks post on these message boards.
