    peanut butter
    cheese
    Frozen Strawberries/blueberries/mangoes for smoothies
    Multi grain waffles
    Chicken sausages
    Eggs
    Bag salad
    Bananas
    Cheerios
    Nuts
    Oranges
    Pita Chips
    Sweet Potatoes
    Salmon
    Chicken Breasts
    365 Fruit spread
    Sushi
    Black beans

Great shopping list! However 'chicken sausages'? In Australia, I haven't found a chicken sausage that is less fat than a regular beef sausage... They usual seem much worse! Multi grain waffles sound great too... We don't have them either! :(

Anyone from Australia? I don't think we sell HALF the low-cal snacks you Americans do :-(

I'm from Brisbane and being so hot here I can't live without Bulla Splits or Peters Frosty Fruits both are only about 90 cal. But I agree on the whole snack thing here in Australia - I don't even know what half the stuff is that the folks post on these message boards. Would definitely love to hear from other Aussie's on what they snack on

Let me know when this new Aussie thread is up... I'd love to follow too! But then again, I'm in Perth and we have even less variety than the Eastern States! :(

Shall I make a new topic for Aussies? :-D

    Yes!! :)

I spent 3 wonderful years in Australia ( just returned to the U.S in Dec) and when we first moved I was shocked that there were so few varieties of packaged snacks! Food was so much less preserved, less adatives and fresh, I had no idea cheese didn't have to be ORANGE! lol. Now that I am back I find U.S supermarkets overwhelming and kind of horrifiying. Why are there 25 different kinds of everything? I miss Australia, lots. My husband really misses Meat flavored crisps. bahahaha.

P.s I was in Alice Springs, so we had the teeniest, and MOST expensive selection ever! Sometime the whole town would be out of buns/bread..if the train was delayed. =)

Amy's frozen dinners are great. They are all organic and yummy. I liked the mac and cheese one.
Also bags of veggies are good because you can steam them in the microwave add a lil pepper and olive oil and a great side dish to dinner.

Here is my shopping list maybe this will help

    Spinach
    bagged vegetables
    wheat bread
    tempeh
    rice
    crackers
    hummus
    tea
    shirikati noodles
    olive oil
    apples
    berries
