    one more thing is when you run you will start off feeling cool at first but you will warm up fast, so dress as if it is 15-20 degrees warmer than it really is!

    also some deep breathing and relaxation before and after a run will help get your breathing controlled during your runs

    im a new runner been training for a few weeks now for my frist 5k in january. very curious to hear how yours went!
