    I’ll either eat an apple or put 1-2 tbsp of unsulphured blackstrap molasses in a cup with cinnamon, stick it in the freezer, and have it when the cravings or weird hunger feeling kicks in.

    I can just...eat and eat and eat. Full, hungry, bloated as *kitten*. Doesn't matter. That's why I can't maintain my happy weight.

    Drink more water!!! You can always flavor up your way by adding fruit to it.
    Try chewing gum as well.

    I have trouble in the evening because I eat dinner at 530 but usually stay up till 11 or 12 and when I’m alone I start to think about what to eat even though I’m not hungry. I’ve started to eat dinner later and I go to the gym at 9pm which is usually when I’m most likely to eat. I save a few calories for the evening snack but I stick to carrots or a protein shake.
