    My Hubby is wanting a elliptical..We think it would be easier on his knee... I love my treadmill, but I was wondering if it has helped build your arms up..I have loose skin on my under arms & starting on my thighs...Just wondering if you give me any in site on this.. Congrats.. You look Great.. My Opinion you gotta move & eat right to drop the lbs....Marciabwls

    Tomorrow is the big day! My 38th bday. 7 months ago, I set a goal for myself to be in the healthy BMI range by my bday. Today, I am about 2 lbs. off of that goal. 75 lbs. lost!!! I'm hoping I sweat it out tonight with 30 Day Shred. Or sleep it off with a good 8 hour rest. Fingers crossed! Prayers sent up! Whatever it takes! Thanks for all the support.
