I cant eat much. I'm very young, active, and 5'8. I'm a bit of a yo yo dieter, except my weight just kept balooning until I was 160. I now weigh about 140-143, but I can no longer eat the way I used to. I can only eat 0-900 calories to lose weight, 1000-1300 to maintain, and any more than that I start gaining. WHAT DO I DO?!

Start at 1300 and maintain for a while until your body realizes you aren't starving to death, then gradually increase your healthy calories while you increase your exercise. You can do it, but you'll have to learn to hate your scale and love your measuring tape.0
