I like ak mak's if I'm not cutting carbs. (115 for 5 pieces)
OR
I have been eating low cal/fat cheddar cheese sticks at 70 per between meals if I start to feel hungry.
I'd love to get more ideas. I do love nuts but they can add up quickly!

I like the 100 calorie packs of almonds, that way they are pre portioned. I like to roll up a couple pieces of turkey or ham around a string cheese or mini babybel, and of course Greek yogurt. If I'm in a pinch, I'll eat a zone bar or something similar. I like cottage cheese with tomatoes too. Those are some of my go-to snacks to curb my hunger.0

I don't really have any and I was coming to this blog to get some ideas....0

A bag of radish (200g) less than 40 cals and I can almost fool myself into thinking I'm having a bag of sweets0
-
Current favorite is hummus with baby carrots and string cheese. I like the Sweet red peppers kind. Depending on brand, it's around 125 calories...... = the cheese with the hummus is a brilliant combo that I'm going to pretend I made up
I could eat this for lunch and not be hungry afterwards.0 -
bacon? eggs? turkey thighs? YES!0
-
sugar free jell-o for my sweet tooth0

Bags of snow peas. You can eat the whole container for 70 calories and they are sweet and crunchy. I also love sugar free jello with light cool whip (like 25 calories), light string cheese sticks (70 calories), and Special K cracker chips (27 for 110 calories).0

Laughing Cow wedge (35 calories) and celery.0

Apples. Lots of fiber and the pectin helps you feel full.0

Chicken.0

Frozen strawberries! They taste COMPLETELY different. Plus, they're delicious and low-calorie!0
-
100 calorie pack of popcorn will usually suffice for an hour or so for me.0
-
String Cheese
Pickles (high in sodium though)
My bedtime snack is either a Skinny Cow or Weight Watchers Ice Cream snack. Ice cream sandwich, fudge bar, or sugar free Klondike bar. YUMMY!!0 -
Veggie Straws are my favorite. 130 calories for 38 straws (1 ounce) and only 15 grams of carbs. I usually feel like I have had enough of them before I hit 38. Pistachios are another favorite because it takes time to take the shells off. If I'm not watching carbs I will also will eat unsweetened breakfast cereals like Kix or Cheerios by hand.0

I am amazed at how quickly I took to Almonds. I keep a bag at my desk and it really makes a big diff in snacking.0

Dole fruit naturals
Dippin stix-
Jolly time popcorn- 100 calorie mini bags
100 calorie snack bags – Nabisco (cookie aisle)
Skinny cow
Cracker, lunchmeat, cheese
Lean cuisine and smart ones now make frozen snacks like taquitos, and desserts!0 -
I swear I'm not being controversial, but I just don't like low cal snacks. They never fill me up. It's almost like they make me more hungry. I'd rather have something larger, planned into my daily meals, than a 90 calorie snack. Also the worst is a low cal low fat snack. It's like eating air!0

one of my favorites is a thin slice of ham (30 calories) wrapped around a greek pepperoncini. It bursts open the pepperoncini juice and is delightful LOL. Another bite is 3 or 4 green olives, Another is a crunchy garlic dill pickle, are you seeing a pattern here?0

This sounds crazy but ice cream!!! 1/2 cup (bigger than you think I promise) is relatively low in cals -- right now I am eating triple chocolate fudge brownie ice cream (not diet or anything - just the normal kind!) for only 170 cals!!! LOVE IT0

A few pieces of lean ham or turkey, go for the lowest calories, but most protein. They can be like 10 calories a slice.0
-
Beef jerky, carbmaster yogurt, pork rinds, sugar free jello w/ fat free reddiwhip!0
-
Tri colored bellpeppers... With 1 TBSP of Maries poppyseed dressing (75 cals) .
Actually any veggie in that dressing. Cherry tomatos and celery mushrooms carrots...
Its the dressing thats sooo expensive on the calories.. But oh so good. Its not a fat free dressing. 2 TBSP is 150 calories...
So I try to be conservative and have only a little, with a big bag of veggies. It fills me up, and is statisfying.0 -
Laughing Cow wedge (35 calories) and celery.
That's a good idea; I'd have not thought to pair the two together.0 -
Protein shake with berries or cheese & veggie stix, apple & nut butter.0
-
Whole grain pretzels (in moderation). It satisfies my sodium cravings and is much better for me than potato chips. Also - chicken0
