    You have achieved DRAMATIC changes with your figure, but, like a previous poster said, the changes in your face really caught my attention. Your eyes seem brighter, your skin looks healthy and beautiful, and what a megawatt smile! Well done!!

    It's incredibly helpful to see someone halfway through to my own goal. 250 seems like such a daunting number, but you're proof that it can be done. You look amazing, and thank you for posting this. It's very inspirational.
