Everything from the waist up. My quads are nice too I just wish they'd stop hiding behind all that fat. They look awesome when I'm on the leg press machine and gravity is pulling that fat away.

I would have to say my boobs,i just hope losing weight wont make me lose them lol
  • My calves. Even though I've always wanted to be slender, I think my calves will always be slighly bulky. They're strong :D
The rest of my legs are starting to catch up!

I really love my body ... I just wish there was a teensy bit less of it.

The muscles on my arms and back are amazing! I'm loving them!
My strong legs that can run and jump and dance.
My belly that has cradled six people that I love the best in this world.
My breasts that have provided the nourishment for my little ones to grow.
My eyes that see all the beauty around me.
My ears that hear squeals and giggles and pitter-patter and "I love you" all day.
My mouth that speaks words of love and that will taste the t-bone that hubby is grilling right now.
My nose that can smell that t-bone and the good wine that I am drinking.
My hands that wipe tears and noses and booties and brush hair and prepare meals and rub hubby's back.

(Sorry to go on and on. But after working a shift in the critical care unit last night, I am reminded once again all the things that I take for granted.)

I love this! We really do take for granted the fact that we can do things. I participated in the MS Walk here a few months ago (my bf's stepmom has pretty advanced MS and is in the hospital most of the time, she can't walk anymore) and it really made me think how much I take for granted basic things like walking and brushing my own hair, and cooking dinner...the little things.

Makes me kinda mad at myself for treating my body so poorly in the past, and even more determined to treat it well for the rest of my life.

I love that my body is working with me to lose weight- that's the main thing I love right now. Feature wise- my eyes, lips and shoulders.

I love my hands, mouth, the shape of my face, the fact that I'm a natural brunette, and my chest. :)

I love my brick-house she-must-squat booty. I love my bumpy arms. I love my solid quads and defined calves. My neck seems long and love-worthy now that I am paying attention to my body more. I love my Gwen Stefani rack. These days, I can say with a laugh that I do actually love my brainy-looking lower belly that is such a stark contrast to the ooh-la-la fledgling dents that one gets with a newly strong core. The brainy-part is just a reminder that yep, something BIG happened here once. I even love my now-barely-there c-section scars the same way I love my tattoos.

I wish I had loved my body as much at 28 (or 18! dang!) as I do at nearly 38.

My curves. Sometimes I want to shrink my hips a bit, but I wouldn't want to lose my curves... And I like my arms, they're getting toned and looking better everyday!

:) So much to love about ourselves! And things we take for granted - I love that comment.

    my booty :)
  • I like the fact that my body has all working parts- I love that my body cooperated when I walked three 1/2 marathons in one year at age 58. I love my arms when I kayak! I love my knees when they cooperate and let me get out of the kayak without needing a hand!

My eyes. I like the color, but the shape still bothers me.

The bottom half of my legs.

    The curve of my back.

My teeth. They are straight and white, and I've had no work done on them. Just luck on that one.

And my deaaaaad sexy, and I'm mean DEAAAAAD SEXY feet!

I've been overweight forever, so there's plenty to hate. But I was blessed with a big ol' dose of self love and confidence to balance it out.

My brain is my favourite. But I also have beautiful eyes, fabulous hair, great legs, and terribly kissable lips! I like me. ;)

    This is a fantastic idea!!

I love the frame of my body. I would say shape, but it's still a little rounder than I'd like. However, that IS changing! But for now, the frame.

I love that after all the neglect and abuse I did for so many years, when I started treating my body right, it responded.
