    I weigh myself 2-3 times a week, usually. I'm okay with it. Going up or down doesn't really effect me, because I know that if it doesn't make sense with what I was doing, it is probably due to water weight or something. If it makes sense with what I was doing, then yay.

    I weigh in every morning..same time...after using the potty before putting anything in my mouth. It keeps me on track..if I lose..I am thrilled. If I gain..I know its water weight..cause I have yet to go over my calories. I know that what I do today..will affect my tomorrow...:)

    No shame in weighing every day...just get a thicker skin :)
