    I eat 1 gram of protein for my body weight - so I eat between 140 and 160 a day. It is GOOD for you!! Helps build muscle and keeps you satisfied. Don't get me wrong I still get in my carbs too! But don't skimp on protein. MFP has very low protein levels preset.

    I'd like to know how you do it! I shoot to be over 100g a day in protein but often don't make it :( I am constantly looking for ways to add protein so if you have some kind of protein secret, let me know!!!
    I will more than happily share with you my secrets to eating carbs if you like!! HAHAHA

    I know the feeling and it's great because i don't have to really worry about how much meat i have in a day. So far I've only manged to hit 140 grams of protein in a day. It's pretty hard to stuff your face with more when you're already full.

    Do you think it is worth manually changing the targets for the carbs, fat and protein and if so what %?

    I am usually over on protein and under on fats and calories as well.

    I shoot for 30% protein, 30% fats, 40% carbs.
