I snack on oatmeal. I know this could be a meal, and I do eat it as a meal now and then, but at only 160 calories I help myself and it suppresses my appetite very easily :)

Edit: You can also buy Plaintain Chips from Trader Joe's for two dollars a bag, and they taste soo similar to Ruffles! I love salty chips, and these are only 140 calories per 20 chips! I am a huuge fan of these :) You can also try Special K products! They have tons of crackers and chips that taste amazing and are very low in calories as well!

Depends what kind of munches I have, n how many cals in what macros, Sweet n crunchy I got for Quakers 90 cal Carmel drizzle cakes or 100 cal kettle corn popcorn. If I want sweets like ice cream I'll put some dannon light n fit vanilla in freezer for bit n add some chopped frozen fruit like blueberries or mango. Love mixed nut like the wasabi or nut ration mixes. Sometimes just have a glass of juice too, also found out how to make rice less sushi with lunch meat n veggies.

My daughter told me this one. A few frozen strawberries (I flash freeze fresh strawberries when on sale) and a bit of fat free milk or water with a sprinkle of stevia in the blender or bullet. Kind of like a sorbet. Since it is so cold, you can eat it slow and savor it!
