    Is it really necessary to keep bumping? It's not even halfway down page 1 and people are bumping the hell out of this thing.

    Sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else made this and broken down the calorie count? I'll be all over this if its legit.

    Put the ingredients through the recipe app. and came up with 76 cals. without topping. Haven't tried it yet, but it sounds good.

    I just made this and I love it. I love the fact that it has protein and fiber in it too. Good for a late night snack.

    Calories are pretty accurate depending on the pie filling you use. If you don't top it off with anything like yogurt, cool whip , nuts, etc then it is about 75-80c
