    Sounds almost as good as the "3 - 2 - 1" cake I make sometimes (3 tablespoons of combined cake mix, 2 tablespoons of water, 1 minute on high in the microwave). I will have to try this.

    I made these over the weekend and they were a big hit....I found Laughing Cow's new Cinnamon cream cheese wedges - I put two of them in a cake decorating bag and put a small dollop on each. Only added .5g carb and about 10 calories to each pumpkin pie :smile: Oh, and I put one pumpkin spice almond on each for decoration....they are great!!!!!
