A client gave me a spaghetti squash a couple of years ago that she'd grown and I loved it!
Unfortunately, here in the UK, it's rarer than hens teeth. I tried growing some myself last year but failed miserably. I'm going to try again this year. If anyone in the UK knows where to get any, please message me.0 -

I tried this tonight. I even got my daughter to eat it. OMG it was awesome. I spruced it up a bit (had to add some chicken broth to make it a little creamier than it was)....IT WAS AWESOME!!! I am now going to be buying lots of spaghetti squash!! Thanks OP for the ideas!0
